f your certification is more than 30 days past its expiration date, you will need to take the fullCPO Course, per PHTA rules & regulation.
Please Note: To sign up for recertification, select your class date in your state and pay for the course. Shortly after checkout you will be sent an email asking for student details where you will have the opportunity to indicate that you are a recertification student.
